Our Story

In 2023, as he witnessed the horrors and destruction of the war in Ukraine, Norbert Korny, a programmer from Central Europe, decided to get involved in volunteer programs to help the suffering population. Fueled by great enthusiasm and a desire to make a difference, he quickly realized that much of the international aid provided in the field, particularly cash assistance, was often mismanaged. Too often, significant portions of the funds were siphoned off by bureaucrats, politicians, or shady middlemen.

Norbert shared his concerns with a group of friends who had similar experiences in the Middle East, Africa, and beyond. After countless cups of coffee and a fair number of beers—most of those discussions taking place in Germany and the Czech Republic—a new non-profit was born: one that doesn’t distribute cash but instead delivers factory-made, fully equipped modules meant for living or as public buildings, like schools, kindergartens, and fire stations.

The foundation of this new organization is built on three core values: Transparency, transparency, and transparency. Since then, our team has become experts in all things modular building. We know how to find the best value for money, ensure high-quality standards, and identify what needs to be included in each build, including proper insulation for the walls. We’ve learned how to create detailed documentation for everything we provide, knowing that one day, people will need to make changes or renovations. We also plan structures in a way that allows for future expansion, whether adding more floors or increasing the footprint.

As a result, our outcomes are crystal clear: we deliver a specific number of square meters of built-up area for a defined amount of money. It’s really that simple—and it has to be.
